These are the Frequently Asked Questions about YESSIR! Orders.
I got part of my order, but some of it missing.
This happens on occasion as our apparel is made in a variety of different places around the United States. We can assure you that your entire order will arrive, but it may come in multiple packages. If you order a flag, bag, mug, charger, color block hoodie, color way hat, it will come separate from other apparel.
How come it is taking longer than expected for my order to come?
All of our orders are printed on demand. Once we receive your order, it is immediately sent to one of our print shops. Depending on the time of the year and day of the week that you place the order will determine how quickly it is processed. All orders before 5 PM CST are normally started the same day. Each product is carefully made though and it can take time. We assure you that you will receive your order.
Washing instructions for the apparel?
The best way to make any printed apparel last longer is to wash it inside out. This will keep the print looking sharper and brighter for many wash cycles. This relates to any of our long sleeves, hoodies, tees, etc.
