We go back to December 2014 when there was an idea between Ethan Clerc, Matt Theesfeld, Kyle Antes, and Colin Clerc. The idea was to make a basketball shirt for the Windom Eagle Basketball Team. Ethan put together a variety of designs and everything was looking good. There was just one problem. No where to print these designs. The school was the first logical place to ask. They had all the equipment and supplies to print shirts. The only issue would be the times the shirts could be printed. Before or after school only. Then Ethan had the idea to just do it on his own. No help from the school. They would need to buy all the screen printing supplies and build the equipment. The idea was crazy.

But the boys decided to go along with it. $500 was invested in all the supplies to start off the company. Ethan and Rick Clerc built the press by hand. The first design was printed and after about 15 failed shirts, the boys finally had a product they could sell. The rest is history they say. The name TEEWIN stands for TEEshirts from WINdom.

In Summer of 2022, TEEWIN was changed over to YESSIR! to reflect our new brand. The famous TEEWIN Symbol remains. TEEWIN will always be our heritage, but from now on we're saying YESSIR!!!!

In Fall of 2024, the team launched the Mankato Retro Apparel Collection. Dozens of local logos and shirts were recreated as a throwback to Businesses that used to exist in the Mankatoland area!
